2. Service Description

LiftMy.Shop provides AI-powered analysis of e-commerce product listings. The Service generates scores, suggestions, and competitive insights based on publicly available listing data.

Analysis results are generated by AI and are provided as recommendations only. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, ranking improvements, or listing performance changes.

3. Accounts & Purchases

One-time reports ($9) and subscriptions ($19/month) are processed through Razorpay, our payment provider. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Purchases are tied to the email address used during checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect product data at scale
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI models or prompts
  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label reports without written permission
  • Use automated tools to submit URLs in excess of reasonable personal use
  • Attempt to bypass the paywall, rate limits, or other access controls

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on LiftMy.Shop are owned by us. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or internal business use only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftMy.Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
