I purchased a report but can't access it

Reports are linked to the email used during checkout. Make sure you're using the correct email. If you still can't access it, email us with your purchase confirmation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Razorpay. You can cancel anytime by contacting us at support@liftmy.shop or through your Razorpay account. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Which stores are supported?

Most e-commerce platforms — Amazon (all marketplaces), Shopify stores, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and most product pages with publicly visible listings.
