Refund Policy

One-Time Reports ($9)

Because reports are delivered instantly and contain AI-generated analysis, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.

However, if the report is materially defective (e.g., analysis returned empty, wrong product analyzed, or system error), we will issue a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Subscriptions ($19/month)

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Razorpay account or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to unlimited reports until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Previously generated reports remain accessible after cancellation

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day cycle, you still have access for the remaining 25 days.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@liftmy.shop with your purchase email and a description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours.

Refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
